I have always aspired to make a difference in the world, leaving my mark through progression of conscious awareness on a topic or issue while also reaching out to people on an honest and intellectual level. Utilizing my various skills and knowledge in social arts & sciences, editing, writing, and media, I take pride in cohesively using my writing skills and passion for progressive awareness and promoting both business, events, and the arts. From years working in hospitality, I also hold very strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task extreme pressure. Working with people on a regular basis made me form a deeper understanding behind personal relations and the ability to understand an "audience". with all my various personal assets and abilities, I hope to peruse a career that will allow me to utilize these various skills and continue growing as both a person and professional.

​Overall, I can say that I have become more free and understanding when it comes to my writing. I now find myself taking into account more than just grammar, purpose, and audience when creating any piece of writing. And I can picture in my head a web full of concepts, theories, and text that all tie together embodying the writer that you now see before you, better yet the writer you’re now reading.

WRITTEN CRITICAL ANALYSIS
TRAVEL WRITING AND CULTURAL ASSUMPTIONS
For this piece i cross analyzed the earliest forms of travel writing and how that directly affected the progression of ideals and morals from the first groups to venture into the uncharted American lands. How might certain countries used travel writings for themselves or against foreign enemies, and how did societal views (that these writings caused) affect the way countries perceived the world around them, and tribal cultures during such a progressive era?
ANALYZING GOTHIC LITERATURE
I have always been fascinated with the Gothic genre, being able to critically analyze one of my favorite narratives The Fall of the House of Usher allowed me to dive into one of my interest while also dissecting the various aspects that other wise peaks my interest and understand the underlying motifs.
WHAT IS A TEXT?
For this critical analysis, i broke down what exactly a text is, and in what context it lives in. Being that i have taken numerous writing courses covering the different mediums and philosophy that entangle all the same, i find that it is extremely important to comprehend text as not just digital or tangible entity, but more of a tool used to convey information and emotion which can then be used through different means.

FILM & MUSIC REVIEWS
Cohesively bringing together my love for film & music with my passion for writing and researching, i have conducted various pieces in which i dissect the two mediums. For film i give both a critical and historical analysis on the film which correlates to importance in the industry and culture. As for music i conduct it just as i do film, but with a more technical approach to production if its a live show, along with the different instruments and tools used. Its important to me as a writer to be able to produce content that not only shows off my personal feelings, but can also offer and deliver actual fact and evidence that is relative to conducting scholarly research.
